Our host hotel for the 2016 AAAR Conference is the DoubleTree by Hilton, the largest hotel within walking distance of the Oregon Convention Center, where all conference sessions will be held.

Reduced sleeping room rates for AAAR registrants have been negotiated with the DoubleTree. The single/double occupancy rate is just $179, including complimentary wireless internet! A few rooms are available at a government rate of $151 single/double.

Your room reservations with the hotel need to be made no later than September 24, 2016. We anticipate, however, that the AAAR room block will sell out quickly, and availability and rate cannot be guaranteed once the block is full.

The AAAR has reserved a small block of rooms at the Quality Inn Downtown Convention Center hotel. We have negotiated a rate of $119 single/double in a room with one king bed and $129 single/double in a room with two queen beds. The room cut-off date for this hotel is September 30, 2016, but we expect this block of rooms to sell out quickly.
