Instructions for Presenters
Platform Presentations
Each oral presentation is limited to 15 minutes, including time for questions and should be accompanied by PowerPoint visuals. No other visual equipment will be provided. There will be a presentation preview/speaker ready room. On the day before presenting, each speaker must visit the speaker ready room to load and test his or her PowerPoint file on the conference computer system.
Speaker Ready Room Hours
Speaker ready room hours will be announced when the conference program is complete.
Poster Presentations
The size of a poster CANNOT exceed 44" wide by 45" tall. There are two poster sessions during which authors will present their posters according to the scheduled sessions and will be available for discussions. Posters are available for viewing throughout the conference until Thursday at 3:30 pm.
Poster session hours will be announced when the conference program is complete.
